Restaurant Buyouts & Minimums
Exclusive use of Ricky’s Wine Bar & Restaurant, requiring us to close the full restaurant to the public, starts at a $5,000 food and beverage minimum. This is a minimum spending requirement for food and beverages and includes use of the agreed-upon event space and standard service staffing for the scheduled event duration.

Minimums and pricing vary depending on the day of the week, requested time, and event duration. Any additional charges for special arrangements will be outlined in your proposal.

Tax & Gratuity
A mandatory 20% gratuity will be added to all private events and large-group bookings, calculated on the food and beverage total including applicable taxes. Taxes and gratuity are additional and do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.

Decorations & Setup
We do not provide decorations, balloons, or specialty event setup. If you would like to bring decorations or arrange setup through an outside vendor, please discuss your plans with us in advance so we can confirm what can be accommodated and coordinate access.

Outside Cakes & Desserts
Outside cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts are welcome with advance notice. A $5 dessert service fee per plate applies, whether or not cutting is required.

Live Music
We can help arrange live music for your event through our network of performers, subject to availability. Entertainment is available at an additional cost, with pricing based on the artist and performance duration. This cost is separate from the food and beverage minimum.

Event Arrangements
Please include any dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, entertainment requests, or special arrangements in your inquiry. These details must be discussed in advance and are subject to availability.

Booking Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. Availability, event details, payment requirements, and cancellation terms will be outlined during the booking process.
